Delivery delay due to Covid-19
Due to the large number of orders , the delivery may be delayed, but rest assured that your order will be shipped to you ASAP.
I recommend that you follow up with your local post office for the latest delivery information , based on the tracking information provided to you.
If you have any questions about orders that are not shipped yet, please feel free to contact us. I care deeply about you and will do my best to catch up.
Shipping Days. Packages are shipped out Monday through Thursday to avoid over-weekend delays.
Shipping Methods. We attempt to provide the most economical rate depending on your location using following services:
USPS Priority Mail Expedited Shipping.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Valid email address is important! On the day of shipping, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information.
Your order will be shipped via USPS, the email will contain tracking number; this email will confirm that the package was physically delivered to the Post Office and awaiting or accepted by USPS for shipping.
For all seed orders, we ship via usps first class or priority for which you will see tracking information on your shipping confirmation email

Please make sure that your delivered package will not be sitting on your porch all day. We can't guarantee the survival of your plants without proper temperature control.
TIME IN TRANSIT
Time in transit is generally between 2-4 business days.
We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, sometimes within a day or two on first come first serve basis, and usually within a week or two of placing the order.
If you were notified that your order was shipped, but have not received the package within 4 days, please check with the carrier, as delivery may have been attempted in your absence.
Shipments may be delayed by us for the following reasons:
- Weather is not permitting
- Item is temporarily out of stock
- Some high demand items may take additional time
SHIPPING AND HANDLING PROCESS
We always try to send you the best, mature, largest size plants available!
Shipping delays and damages.
We are not responsible for the shipping delays beyond our control or for loss/damage during transportation. Claims for damage in transit should be made to the carrier. Save all packing materials and contents for inspection for a carrier representative.
Most of our orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days of being placed. In busy times , I may be need more time to ship your order and I greatly appreciate your patience. My top priority is to send your orders as soon as possible.

*Total Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time
Once your order is placed , you will receive a order confirmation email, please check your spam if you do not see it immediately. Order number starts with HFF.
You will receive another email when your order is actually packaged and ready for dispatch , this email will have your tracking information. Shortly after this your order will ship.
I shall ship your packages via USPS. Please be aware we are in the midst of a pandemic and delays are expected.
You are responsible for any mistakes in entering the shipping addresses or accuracy of the shipping address on a order.
What to do when you miss your package ?
If you have the tracking information email, please call USPS for further enquiry.
I will be glad to ship a replacement package as a courtesy for orders below $15 , but you will be responsible for the shipping charges. (usually below $4)
If I did not provide any tracking information for your package, call me to get the package replacement.
Plants arrived looking bad , what to do ?
I try my best to ship all our plants wrapped in wet medium and wrap them in plastic to hold the moisture while they are reaching your homes.
If they are delayed in transit and look like they will not survive, please wait until they revive at normal room temperatures at their new place, while they are reviving please contact us and provide us pictures within 5 days of receiving them. I will be glad to replace such plants while the shipping charges are paid by the customer again.
Ordering Perishable Items ??
When shipping perishable items we do not hold the responsibility or guarantee the freshness of the perishable items like Mangoes or any other fresh fruits when you receive them.
We provide the option of next day air for the same reason.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
No returns on any plants or seeds purchased is allowed. Once your order is placed, we cannot cancel any orders after they are processed or fulfilled.
No refunds on shipping charges as well, once the plants and seeds are shipped and delivered to the customer.
